铜梁二中师生为重病教师捐款4.6万余元

本网讯（记者陈文龙陈宽怀）开学初，铜梁二中师生为该校患癌症住院的教师熊传江捐款4.6万余元。日前，学校领导和教师代表到医院看望了熊传江，送去了捐款和慰问金。这是铜梁二中关心困难教职员工的一个缩影。
据了解，近年来，铜梁二中贯彻以人为本的办学理念，十分重视帮扶困难教职员工工作，积极解决教师的切身困难，激发了教职员工的积极性，增强了教师队伍凝聚力，为构建和谐学校和创建重庆市重点中学、人民满意学校打下了坚实的基础。
据介绍，2006年秋，学校英语教师郭存萍因生淋巴瘤，丈夫又罹患重病，家庭经济一度出现困难，学校了解情况后，组织教职员工为其捐款1.4万余元，学校也送去慰问金。每年元旦、春节、教师节等节日，学校都要组织看望慰问退休教职员工。除此之外，退休员工生病住院学校都要派人探望。今年上半年，退休员工刘国政、凌宗瑞生病住院，学校领导带领教师前去探望，并送去慰问金和慰问品。
